Nicole Sears, MPS
PWDA Co-Investigator and Photo-ID Lab Manager
Nicole graduated from the University of Wisconsin with a B.S. in Marine Biology and Freshwater Ecology, and later from the University of Miami's Rosenstiel School of Marine and Atmospheric Science with a Master of Professional Science degree in Marine Mammal Science. Following graduation, Nicole helped to establish lab-based protocols and databases for a pioneering dolphin population and ecology research program in the Florida Keys. She now serves as Co-Investigator and Photo-ID Lab Manager for an ever-expanding catalog of 500+ bottlenose dolphins. She is an experienced field researcher, and also serves as a stranding first responder."
